MJ Mids
It's Fourstar day over at Thrasher, but Lakai also has some news, as MJ introduced a mid-top version of his shoe that serves as yet another reminder of this man's greatness and his understated, timeless definition of style (both in terms of shoe models and skating):
Marc Johnson's signature mid-top adds additional ankle support and protection. The slim, understated, lightly padded upper is affixed to our popular Griffin outsole using a 2-piece foxing tape construction for added support and durability. The first piece creates the textured top line with the second piece adding the toe bumper and smooth sidewall. A split collar construction adds detail and improves heel lock. The finishing touch is the molded eva insole that pairs nicely with the crated midsole for maximum comfort both on and off the board.
