On BRIGHT weekend ENZO e.V. and the Frankfurt Carhartt Store present a „Soul, Funk, Disco & Beats“ evening- including Stockholm’s Supremo, along with his charming partner on the microphone: Freddie Cruger aka Red Astaire feat. Linn, on the ENZO stage. They are backed up by a guitarist as well as a bass player- just for you! Linn’s voice ocasionally likes coming close to Mary J. Blige’s, so soul is definately the order of the day- meaning, this live gig will give you a taste of their newest album „Waiting for Spring“, which was released (all DIY style) on their own label: „Home Grown“.
The live act is followed by a back2back set with the DJs Freddie&ENZO- hosted by Michael Rütten. Which in turn means you’re quite likely to get a chance to hear the legendary Bootleg D’Angelo classic „Follow me“ that Cruger released as Red Astaire on Gamm Enterprises.
ENZO and Carhartt mesh well- the last parties made sure the likes of Mr. Scruff and Eddy meets Yannah were introduced to Frankfurt’s clubscene.
It’s a Bright Tradeshow Selective – admission only with the „ENZO welcome card“.
